Shipping and Exchanges
When will my order be shipped?
- Your lovely lashes will be shipped out within 1-3 business working days (Mon-Fri; excluding PH) In the event of a special promotion, we seek your understanding as it may take a little longer to process. Once the items have been shipped out, you would receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number.
- Wink Formula will not be responsible for any parcels that cannot be delivered correctly (including failed delivery and uncollection). These include incorrect, non-deliverable or incomplete addresses. We have the right to charge any additional re-shipment fees for packages that are sent back to us.
Domestic Shipping (Applicable to Singapore and Malaysia only.)
Flat shipping fee for registered mail : SGD$2.50
Free shipping for registered mail : Orders above SGD $20
Delivery Time : 2-6 business days
*Kindly note that any additional custom or duty fees associated with the import of our products is not included in your Wink Formula order and/or shipping total. Any fees of such nature will be fully borne by the customer.
With effect from 1 June 2018, shipping rates will be calculated based on weight and will be reflected at checkout.
Standard Shipping For Registered Mail (SingPost/QExpress)
Free Standard Shipping For Registered Mail : For orders above USD50 /SGD70
Delivery Time : 15-30 business days (Delivery period would vary, you can track your parcel status here.)
Collection: Depending on your local postal service, delivery to door or collection of parcel at nearest local post
DHL Express Shipping
Delivery Time : 3-5 business days
Collection : Guaranteed delivery to door.
- Due to hygiene purposes, Wink Formula does not accept exchanges and reserves the right to reject any returns or refunds.
- However, in the event that a wrong lash design is shipped out to you, please contact us at email@example.com , where our team will get in contact with you within 48 hours.
- All shipping responsibilities are immediately transferred and borne by the third-party shipping companies. Wink Formula will not be liable for any cases of lost packages. However, our team would be pleased to assist you in raising a ticket towards our local post SingPost or DHL in the case that your parcel has not been delivered to you after more than 18 business days.
- Once the third-party shipping companies have confirmed the status of a lost package (this is unfortunately an arduous process and requires a long period of time of approximately 2 months from date of inquiry due to cross-border communications), Wink Formula will assist to process the refund of your items ordered that would then be granted by the third party shipping company. Please note that shipping fees would not be refundable.
- In the case that the parcel is sent back to us due to non-collection or the wrong shipping address. You would be required to pay for re-shipping to get it dispatched for the second time.
- All sales are final and Wink Formula reserves the right to review each claim filed and refuse any refund requests.
