Here at Wink Formula, we want to make sure that you dolls are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We will be happy to accept your return/exchange within 14 days of you receiving your order.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The full order amount minus the postage charge is available to be refunded. Customers are responsible for the return postage cost (must be registered mail with tracking number to avoid lost packages), all shipping costs are non-refundable.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we would be unable to offer you a refund or exchange. We do accept returns if the item is unused and in its original conditions, however, there are exceptions that applies for our Magic Liners and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Overly used-looking products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund/exchange.
Any product marked as 'Final Sale' is final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How it works
Once your return packaged is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If goods were damaged upon receipt, you must email us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line: "DAMAGED ITEM" and include your Order Number. Damages resulted due to shipping will be reviewed and we will work with you closely to resolve it in the most reasonable manner possible.
*Important Note: As our Lashes are handmade, some discrepancies in hair assignment may/will occur. Please keep in mind that handmade lashes will not look symmetrical or exactly identical to the picture on our website due to the different display resolution. If the lashes differ from one another in regards to hair assignment or the picture displayed on our website, it does not constitute as a "Damaged" item, therefore, replacements requests will be denied.
