What is the Life expectancy of the Magic Liner and Lashes?

Every pair of lashes can last over 30 uses with proper care. Avoid water contact with the lashes as they will lose their curl and shape. The lifespan of our Magic Liner is 6 months after opening, and lasts for 60+ uses depending on the amount used each time.

What is the difference between Magic Liner and Lash Glue

- Zero Drying Time, and still  being able to easily adjust your lashes for that perfect fit.

Does the Magic Liner come with the lash?

Our Magic Liner does not come with the lash with the exception of our Magic Liner Kit and Mix & Match Bundles that offers bulk discounts. Check out our bundle deals HERE

Is the Magic Liner safe?

Yes! Our Magic Liner was born as our founder had such sensitive eyes that lash extensions and magnetic lash liner system did not work for her without having pink teary eyes every time. Our Magic Liner formula has been tested for safety and is paraben-free and registered with the HSA. Of course, with any eye cosmetics products, if you have any pre-existing eye conditions, do consult your doctor. We also strongly suggest that you do a patch test to test for any allergic reactions first. For a breakdown of the ingredients, do visit our Ingredients section within the respective product pages.

What makes the Magic Liner work?

Our Glue-Free and Magnetic-Free secret lies in the acrylates copolymer which functions as a firm forming agent to create PSA- Pressure Sensitive Adhesive that bonds our lash band together. PSA also exhibits viscoelastic (viscous and elastic) properties which makes it adjusting and re-sticking your lashes fuss-free :)

Does your Magic Liner work with any lashes?

Yes! Our Magic Liner works with all strip lashes but it does work best with our lash band :)

In addition, our Black Magic Liner now also works with Magnetic lashes based on the same pressure sensitive adhesive concept (however without the use of iron oxide in our formula).

How do I decide which lash style is best for me?

Do refer to our lash guide HERE, you can compare and decide which works best for you after factoring in the respective lash lengths that is within your comfort levels.

What are your lashes made of?

Our lashes are handcrafted with premium Korean Silk for our Faux-Mink lashes and Cruelty-Free Mink fur for our Mink lashes. In light of reducing fizziness, we are in the process of switching over all lash styles to use premium Korean silk. Can I wear mascara with Wink Formula lashes?

We do recommend you to prep your lashes with mascara before applying your Wink Formula lashes so that your natural lashes will blend in more seamlessly. However, we do not recommend putting mascara directly on our lashes as it will distort the shape and shorten the life span of your lashes.

When are the out of stock products restocking?

Can I change the shipping address for my order?

We will be happy to change the shipping address for you order! Please email our Customer Care team by clicking HERE with your Order Number and the updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process. Unfortunately we are also unable to change your shipping address from a domestic address to an International address, or from an International address to a domestic US address. Please note that changes to your order may be limited during periods of high order volume, including launches and promotions.

My Order shipped but I need to change the address

So sorry for the issue! You would have to contact the delivery carrier directly and liaise with them for the change in address. If your package returns to us due to an incorrect address, it will be cancelled and refunded, though you will not receive a refund on shipping costs; you will be notified via email if this happens.

Can I modify / cancel my order after I've placed it?

Unfortunately, no. Once an order has been placed, you are unable to cancel or modify the order. So sorry for any inconvenience!

I received a wrong item/ am missing item(s) in my order

Oh no! We are terribly sorry for the mix up! Please contact our Customer Care Team by clicking HERE within 48 hours of delivery so that we may help you further. Please note that you may be required to provide photos of your goodies in order for our team to best assist you.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Unfortunately, we only allow one discount code per order.

Do determine which discount code will work best for you to make sure that you are snagging the best deal :)

How do I use a discount code for the Magic Liner Kit or Mix & Match bundle?

Unfortunately, stacked discount codes are not allowed for our custom kits and bundles. Do determine which discount code will maximize savings for you! Do note that we will not be able to cancel your order or honor any requests for orders that did not use a discount code/ not placed with our bundle deal, as this would be unfair to our other customers. We're so sorry for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding!

How do I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal and Hoolah*!

 

*Hoolah is only availble for customers within Singapore.

How does Hoolah work?

We are excited to offer Hoolah as an additional payment method at checkout. With Hoolah, you are able to shop now and pay later! Will my package be charged customs/duty fees?

All international orders are subjected to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Unfortunately, we are unable to provided information on whether you may or may not be charged customs/duty fees for your order.

 

Duties will be determined by the country of import upon arrival of your order based off product value. These fees are not included in your Wink Formula order and/or shipping total. Wink Formula assumes no responsibility for duties incurred on discounted, promotional or give away items. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient. By placing an order, you authorize Wink Formula to import your product on your behalf and agree to Wink Formula delegating the import of your products to a third party.

Can my package be redirected to a different address?

Once your order ships, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address. You would have to contact the delivery carrier directly and liaise with them for the change in address. If your package returns to us due to an incorrect address, it will be cancelled and refunded, though you will not receive a refund on shipping costs; you will be notified via email if this happens.

What's your Return Policy?

Here at Wink Formula, we want to make sure that you dolls are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We will be happy to accept your return/exchange within 14 days of you receiving your order.
 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The full order amount minus the postage charge is available to be refunded. Customers are responsible for the return postage cost (must be registered mail with tracking number to avoid lost packages), all shipping costs are non-refundable.
 
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we would be unable to offer you a refund or exchange. We do accept returns if the item is unused and in its original conditions, however, there are exceptions that applies for our Magic Liners and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Overly used-looking products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund/exchange.
 
Any product marked as 'Final Sale' is final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
 
If goods were damaged upon receipt, you must email us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. Please email hello@winkformula.com with the subject line: "DAMAGED ITEM" and include your Order Number. Damages resulted due to shipping will be reviewed and we will work with you closely to resolve it in the most reasonable manner possible.
 
*Important Note: As our Lashes are handmade, some discrepancies in hair assignment may/will occur. Please keep in mind that handmade lashes will not look symmetrical or exactly identical to the picture on our website due to the different display resolution. If the lashes differ from one another in regards to hair assignment or the picture displayed on our website, it does not constitute as a "Damaged" item, therefore, replacements requests will be denied.

If I don't like it, can I exchange it?

If you're not satisfied with your Wink Formula order, we'll be more than happy to exchange it for you within 14 days of receiving the order. Our top priority is to make sure that you're happy with your order, and we will work with you to make it right for you. Please let us know by filling out the contact form with your order number and description of the problem.  

Do note that we only accept exchanges if the item is unused and in its original conditions, however, there are exceptions that applies for our Magic Liners and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Overly used-looking products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for exchange.
