Yes! Our ProWink® Liner was born as our founder had such sensitive eyes that lash extensions and magnetic lash liner system did not work for her without having pink teary eyes every time. Our ProWink® Liner formula has been tested for safety and is paraben-free and registered with the HSA. Of course, with any eye cosmetics products, if you have any pre-existing eye conditions, do consult your doctor. We also strongly suggest that you do a patch test to test for any allergic reactions first. For a breakdown of the ingredients, do visit our Ingredients section within the respective product pages.

It can be used on normal strip lashes, but it works best (more secure) with our ProWink lash bands❤️

Also to note that our ProWink® Liner Adhesive has no magnetic properties (iron oxide particles is too huge for a felt tip liner like ours). How the magnetic lash sticks on would be via pressure sensitive adhesive by adhering the lash to the liner!

Lashes and liners are sold separately unless stated e.g. bundles❤️

Do not peel it off! What you are referring to our ProWink® lash band. It is a polymer blend that is sticky for the first few uses. But it is made to pair with our adhesive liners better to really secure that grip even at the corners ❤️ To maintain it, clean it with a Q-tip/cotton bug dipped in warm water. Do avoid any makeup removers to get in contact with the lashes itself as that would reduce the life span of it.

Lashes with ProWink® tech are made with a special blend of polymers for the lash band which allows for better grip with our adhesive liners especially in the inner and outer corners of the eyes❤️ As compared to strip lashes, they last longer and are reusable for up to 60 uses as well ☺️

Our ProWink® liners’ Glue-Free and Magnetic-Free secret lies in the acrylates copolymer which functions as a firm forming agent to create PSA- Pressure Sensitive Adhesive that bonds our lash band together. PSA also exhibits viscoelastic (viscous and elastic) properties which makes it adjusting and re-sticking your lashes fuss-free :)

Gently remove the lash from the base of the lash band and then remove your eyemakeup as you would with waterproof makeup🥰

For the lashes with the ProWink lash band, dipping a Q-tip in warm water (avoid using any makeup removers) and cleaning the polymer lash band surface before storing it back to its designated lash tray would be the best way to store it and maximise its usage❤️

As it is an adhesive eyeliner, it might tend to collect makeup at is tip especially with eyeshadow or certain eye makeup pigments. So that would need more frequent cleaning of the tip with warm water so that the product would flow out evenly again🥰 We do also recommend storing it horizontally or tip down (especially after cleaning the tip with warm water) overnight for the product to flow out evenly again.

Once lashes are prepped, this video here shares on how to draw the liner close to your lash line and apply the lashes. Apply pressure to secure it and activate the pressure sensitive adhesive ❤️

It is formulated for sensitive eyes, but best to consult your doctor based on the ingredients listed on our website 🥰 With every new makeup/beauty product, we do also recommend doing a patch test on the back of your hand before use.

It has a different chemical structure as compared to regular lash glue, which makes it more friendly to people with sensitive eyes :)

Remove as you would with regular waterproof makeup, using waterproof makeup removers 🥰 For a more gentle approach, our Reset makeup remover pen works very well removing our liner without any harsh rubbing. Alternatively, we find that cleansing balms work really well!

Note: Avoid using any makeup removers on the lashes itself as that would cause the polymer band to dissolve, and lash strands to fall out

As the lash bands are made of black cotton band, it will mimic the look of a liner! Then you can wing it out with your favourite liner 🥰

You can still however use the ProWink® liners over your regular liner. Just note that if you draw the clear over the black liner, it might require more frequent cleaning as it is an adhesive liner which would pick up makeup residue and clog the tip😅

Another tip is to store the clear liner tip down for optimal flow!

Length of each lash is on the website for your reference ♥️ but do allow +- 2mm discrepancy as the lashes are handmade each batch and hand measured

Our ProWink® lashes are good for about 60 uses depending on how you care for them :)

• Do not let any makeup removers come in contact with the lash band where the lash strands are bonded at
• Do not yank it from the lash strands, always remove it gently by grabbing the base of the lash band
• Store it back to its lash tray to maintain the curvature of the lash band
• Only use plain water to wipe off any makeup residue
• Do not store under direct sunlight

If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours!

If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please reach out to us so that we can file a claim with the carrier. 

If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.   

When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.
