Here at Wink Formula, we want to make sure that you Rebels are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We will be happy to accept your return/exchange within 14 days of you receiving your order should the ProWink™ liner not work for you.


CONDITIONS TO QUALIFY FOR RETURN:

  1. Returns and Exchanges can only be made for regular priced purchases only and must be made through WWW.WINKFORMULA.COM
  2. Discounts (including Discounted Value Kits) were not used in the order.
  3. Defected products received (e.g Faulty ProWink® Liner, etc.)
  4. Wrong products received.
  5. Strictly within 14 Days of order delivery.
  6. [Effective since 12 August 2022] Due to hygiene concerns, all lashes are now final sale. No exchange or refunds allowed unless it is a situation of the wrong lash design received.

How it works

To complete your return, do submit a request over at our portal here. If approved, you would receive a refund minus a non-negotiable fee of $5 handling and processing fee, in the form of store credits

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we would be unable to offer you a refund or exchange. Overly used-looking ProWink™ liners, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund/exchange. Any product marked as 'Final Sale' is final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

*Important Note: As our Lashes are handmade, some discrepancies in hair assignment may/will occur. Please keep in mind that handmade lashes will not look symmetrical or exactly identical to the picture on our website due to the different display resolution. If the lashes differ from one another in regards to hair assignment or the picture displayed on our website,  it does not constitute as a "Damaged" item, therefore, replacements requests will be denied.
